GMS Catering Booking Terms
Notice periods for bookings:
For bookings of:
1-20 people, a minimum 48 hours’ notice is required.
20-100 people, a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice is required.
100+ people, 1 months’ notice is required.
Final numbers to be confirmed 1 week prior to the function where applicable.
Payments terms:
A deposit of 25% is to be paid on confirmation of your booking with the final balance due on the day/night of the function

Additional charges:
Plate or cutlery hire can be provided at an additional $2.00 per head.
If you require your cake to be sliced and plated, an additional $1.00 per head charge applies.
For bookings on Sundays or public holidays a $1.00 per head surcharge applies.
If table setting is required, an additional charge may apply based on staff time.
Cancellation policy:
48 hours’ notice is required for cancellation of bookings. Failure to do so will incur a forfeit of the deposit.

Special dietary needs can be catered for but advance notice must be provided.
